I have a tendency to snack some days. Especially on days that are loaded with cardio or an extensive (more than normal) workout. I am not huge on carbs every single day, but every once in a while it isn’t terrible. Besides the kids love this recipe and it makes for an easy go-to snack. We substitute Sunbutter for the Peanut butter around here due to nut allergies, but this recipe works either way and will make the kids and yourself happy. My friend introduced these to me years ago and I have been eating them ever since. The best part is, every single time I eat one of these or make them for the kiddos I think of her. So that makes it even sweeter of a treat!
For an added bonus we love adding an allergy free granola inside the tortilla. It makes for an added yumminess and crunch that will for sure make the kids want more!
So you see, this snack recipe would go quite nicely with your new healthy lifestyle. Not all snacks are truly evil! This one is perfect for the kids on the go!
