Some of you have asked how I manage to get my workout on everyday. It does vary from month to month, but today I want to take you back a couple of years to when I was wanting to loose a few inches. I loved this program and I still pull it out on occasions!
Shaun T’s Insanity Max 30 helped me loose inches and WAS AWESOME! These workouts are only 30 minutes long but, they pack a punch! I did not only lose inches but, I gained confidence that I never thought I would EVER have! I am stronger and can do exercises that I never thought I could do. I AM an athlete! It’s amazing the things my body can do now!

- Anyone can do Insanity Max 30! I mean anyone. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced exercise maniac, you can do this workout. The moves are not hard and can be picked up easily. And if you are more advanced, Shaun T helps you focus on more endurance and pushes you to the max!

- Insanity Max 30 is fun! It really is fun, I promise! At times even though I had sweat pouring and I wanted to smack Shaun T, because he was pushing me to my max I would still lose track of time and before I knew it, I would be closer to the end of the workout!
- Shaun T is one of my favorite people now! Seriously, he really is! He is awesome! You can tell he has a heart for the people he helps transform. His heart is worn on his shoulders for all to see and he is seriously rooting for you. He kept me going even when I wanted to punch him in the throat. (Sorry that was kinda harsh but, I think he knew it. He felt my vibes coming through the TV.) Despite all of that we are still friends and I have a new body because of it too! He makes Insanity Max 30 fun!
