Okay so this post isn’t rocket science, it’s very simple and maybe even a little boring BUT……
I get asked all of the time what we eat and what my grocery list looks like. Although I do not buy these items every single week, these are staples we keep on our list all of the time and we keep our fridge and pantry stocked with these necessities.
Eating Clean Does Not Cost a Fortune
Hang that myth and excuse up, cause it does not work here my dear!
As you can see, I do not “break the bank” eating clean at all!
- When budget is low, there is no shame in buying frozen veggies and fruits.
- When budget is low, there is no shame in buying non organic fruits and veggies but, YES there is a BUT!
BUT, make sure you avoid buying the Dirty Dozen veggies and fruits non-organic. Always, Always, Always buy the following produce organic if you are buying fresh!

Eating Clean Is For Your Well-Being
Eating clean will help your physic, of course but, really it’s about your well-being! Seriously! It’s about beautiful skin, hair, a strong immune system and overall wellness! Eating clean and taking care of your body can help your depression and anxiety, as well as adult acne or any skin conditions for that matter, hormone imbalances and the list goes on and on…..
Okay, so now you know, it doesn’t break the bank and it helps your overall well-being, so are you convinced yet?
