I have covered in a prior blog how important Magnesium is for the body, from hormones to thyroid issues it does wonders for the body. DIY Bath Time Recipe That Will Make Your Body Feel Amazing
- Add essential oil to Epsom salt and stir together.
- Draw a warm bath and add 1/4 cup – 1/2 cup of Epsom salt to bath.
Now go mama! Go have you an amazing bath full of bliss! Lock the kids out and enjoy!
